Help Stock the Troop Clothes Closet

Getting ready for the campout or doing some spring cleaning only to discover your scout has out grown everything?? Please feel free to bring your gently used shirts, pants, shorts or boots to the meeting on 4/19 at TBC. Or contact me directly to arrange a porch pick-up of any items you would like to pass along to the troop. *Donations may be tax deductible.*

Gary Sun Eagle Project - April 10, 11 and 18

My Eagle Project will be over the next 2 weeks on the dates of April 10th, 11th, and 18th.  We will be power washing, replacing old wood boards, and painting a 70 year old pool pavilion.

NYLT Sessions for 2021

If you are considering running for Patrol Leader you might want to sign up for NYLT.  This is required training for all Patrol Leaders in Troop 1001.  Ryan Sharrock will be staffing Session 4.  Below is a link to the sessions for 2021

Lost & Found - Table Open @ TBC on 4/12

We will have the lost and found table out at the next meeting at TBC (4/12). Please stop by and claim your items that were left at last year's summer camp and February 2020 campout.

New Parent Orientation - April 12

Attention New Parents from 2020 and 2021!

There will be a New Parent Orientation meeting next Monday night during the troop meeting, April 12. The presentation will provide insight into the many things the troop does and regular procedures, including our troop camping. This information is especially timely in preparation for our upcoming April 23 trip to Camp Wisdom! There will be time for Q&A.

Parents should bring a lawn chair and flashlight, since this will be held outside. Look for Rob Barry and Lisa Bascom when you arrive.

Clothes Closet is Open!

A Scout is Thrifty! Boys certainly grow fast. Luckily, we have access to our clothes closet. So, if you are looking for some lovingly passed along items, please let me know. We have a variety of items in various sizes.
