Northern Trail District Dinner - June 7 at 6PM

Please join us for the annual Adult Recognition Banquet.  We will be holding this event during dinner time at Twilight Camp where many of you will already be volunteering, we will work quickly to get you in and out.  For those of you who are not volunteering at Twilight Camp please come on out and enjoy some BBQ and see some of your fellow scouters acknowledged for their contribution to the Northern Trail District.

We are hosting in a “potluck” style.  Steve Bloberger and I will be bringing the meats and we need side dishes to feed the masses.  John and Phyllis Slaughter will be bringing plates, cutlery, and cups.  We will have a great time but need YOU to be there to make it memorable.  We have District Award of Merit, Robert E. Little, Silver Beaver, and Y.E.S. (Your Extraordinary Service) recipients who will all be recognized.

Please come and join us at Breckenridge Park - entrance B - 3555 Brand Rd, Richardson, TX 75082 at 5:50pm so we can start at 6:00 sharp.  We look forward to seeing you there!

FLAG RETRIEVAL HELP NEEDED

Scouts and Parents

We have a need for scouts and adults tomorrow.  Last check we have 13 scout slots, 3 driver spots and 1 copilot adult still open.   You do not have to sign up for your patrol.  You can sign up in any open slot.

Sebastian Esquivel Eagle Project Reminder

Scouts and families,
 
I'm Sebastian Esquivel and I've been in the troop since 2016. For my Eagle Project, we'll be building new oar racks at the White Rock Boathouse in Dallas. The project will take place the weekend of June 4th and 5th at the boathouse. Please consider contributing your time or resources to help make this project a success. This is a great opportunity to earn some service hours (and there's pizza involved).

Troop 1001 Flags - Memorial Day Flags Out

Scouts and parents will meet at the Flag Trailer in the parking lot of GO Industries (420 N. Grove Rd.) at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 27th to get their route assignments and get into their respective groups.
