Join Troop 1001 @ Cottonwood Arts Festival!

Posted on Apr 28 2022 - 7:29am

A long tradition for Troop 1001 has returned for the 2022 year, and the time has come for us to prepare for our bi-annual Cottonwood fundraiser taking place May 5th through May 8th at Cottonwood park on Beltline Road, across from Richardson High School.

This is a major fundraising event for our Troop to help with costs associated with Scouting and to make the best opportunities available to the Scouts.  it also is an opportunity for us to engage with the community, give back our time to the city and artists.  The recommendation for each Scout is to volunteer 8 hours and each family to volunteer 8 hours over the course of the weekend.  Please see the link below for a list of available times.
