We have 2021 Dog Sled Trek Scout and Scouter positions open and would like to give our troop time to think about it before reaching out to other troops. If you want to learn more about this exciting opportunity, talk to Rogge, Randy or any of the boys that attended this year. They will all tell you it was an amazing experience and with the equipment/training – you aren’t really “that cold.”  Learn more.

Eagle Project for George Sulkowski

Posted on Mar 12 2020 - 8:34pm

My Eagle project is about one month out. Right now, I am starting to raise funds to buy all of the materials for the project. I will be building four gardening boxes in the shape of a train for Arapaho United Methodist Church. Any extra funds will go directly to the church. I would like all of the donations by March 21 so I can buy and start working soon after. The support would mean that service to the community and a project I have been hard at work with can finally happen. ANY donations would be greatly appreciated.

BSA Bankruptcy Information

Posted on Mar 3 2020 - 6:33am
As many of you have heard by now, our national BSA organization has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. My initial thought/question was...how does this impact our program at a local level? We are being told that there will be little to no impact at this time. Circle Ten and all of the local BSA councils across the country are legally separate entities. That being said, I certainly do not profess to be an expert on this matter. I am keeping informed through various channels, but here are two that I thought that I would share with all of you.
