Hello Troop 1001 families.  It’s that time of year again where we have the opportunity to give back to the program that means so much to us…Scouting!  The 2023 goal for Troop 1001 is to donate $25,000 and we cannot do it without YOUR support.

Iron Horse District will be hosting a training for IOLS for adults and ILST for youth.  Intro to Outdoor Leader Skills cost $40 and is overnight from Friday evening to Saturday evening.  This class teaches skills needed to lead scouts in the outdoors, which the troop is always in need of.  Intro to Leadership Skills for Troops is $25 and is all day Saturday.  This class teaches scouts with leadership positions about the skills they need to be successful.  For more information visit: https://scoutingevent.com/571-2023WinterTraining#
