Summer Camp Update & Reminders - Gear Overview 4/23 @ 7pm

Posted on Apr 19 2018 - 8:10am

Parents are invited to a gear and summer camp orientation meeting this Monday, April 23 at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary of Trinity Bible Church. All families are welcome, particularly if you recently joined Troop 1001 as well as those with scouts attending summer camp. We will review important summer camp topics, and talk about camping gear for monthly campouts and specifically for summer camp.

All BSA Medical forms A, B and C must be current for scouts as well as adults attending summer camp. This year we have an additional form required by the state of Colorado, please review and complete this addendum. Forms A, B, C as well as the Colorado addendum are due no later than May 20th (the last troop meeting of the year).  Please note that these documents are required before leaving for summer camp.

Please make sure you are current with your scouts’ summer camp partial payments. Use the hyperlinks in table below to review your status, if needed you can make the online payment by clicking on the red circle with the “+” sign next to your scout’s name. But consider making your payments by check at the next meeting, this saves the troop the transaction fee… thank you.
